A Busy June For The Short Film “A Well Spent Afternoon”

The film will be presented at three international film festivals, and wrap the month with Ljubljana premiere at Kinodvor’ summer theatre.

Film was shown at the Kino Otok Festival in Isola and from there just traveled to the festival Plein La Bobine in France. The festival is intended for the young audience. The film ‘A Well Spent Afternoon’ will be shown in the competition programme for youngsters above the age of 12.

The film will then be travelling to the prestigious Edinburgh film festival in Scotland which is celebrating its venerable 70th anniversary. The film will be presented as one of the seven short films under the common title The Young and the Wild Shorts.

The selection is intended for young audiences. The presented films, as stated by the festival selectors, “pose real questions for the future […] and their stories are sure to inspire and intrigue you.”

‘A Well Spent Afternoon’ will premiere in Ljubljana on the 27th of June. It will be presented in the Kinodvor Summer Theatre on the evening dedicated to “Our Short Films”.
