On Thursday, December 16, the first public screening of the full-length documentary WHITE WARRIOR IN BLACK CLOTHES, directed by Maja Weiss and written by Maja Weiss and Ivan Kramberger Jr.

The film is about the role and influence of Ivan Kramberger, a good man from Negova, on the independence of Slovenia. The story is connected by Ivan Kramberger’s son, Ivan Kramberger Jr., who, with the help of his interlocutors and a rich archive, researches the influence and role of his father in the independence processes. In the film, he interviews, among other things, various representatives of the then and current authorities, current members of parliament, media personalities and family members.

The film will be screened in Maribor on 20 December 2021 at 19:00 at the Puppet Theater.

The film was produced by Bela Film and co-produced with RTV Slovenia.

The film was supported with the help of the Slovenian Film Center, a public agency of the Republic of Slovenia, in the Public Tender for co-financing realizations in the field of Slovenian film in honor of the 30th anniversary of the declaration and defense of the independent Republic of Slovenia.
