1. General Terms and Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions of the online store krakenplanet.com and carbonfinblades.com.
are formulated in accordance with the Customer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2) and are in accordance with Slovenian law. The General Terms and Conditions cover the operation of the online store, user rights and business relations between the provider and the buyer. The online store krakenplanet.com and carbonfinblades.com. is operated by Rottenfeld d.o.o.
2. Prices
All prices in the online store www.sandiline.com are in euros (EUR) including tax. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices and discounts are valid at the time of purchase. Special offers are limited to a certain period and are highlighted in our online store.

Your order will be delivered via GLS, DPD or other couriers (depending on location). Shipping costs depend on the destination:

8. Payment terms:

10. Conclusion of the contract
By placing an online order, the buyer confirms his agreement with the general terms and conditions of business and unconditionally accepts them in full. The distance sales contract between the buyer and the provider is concluded when the buyer confirms the order.
11. Material Defects
The seller must deliver the goods to the consumer in accordance with the contract and is liable for material defects in its performance.
A defect is material:
- if the item does not have the properties that are necessary for its normal use or for sale,
- if the item does not have the properties that are necessary for the specific use for which the consumer is purchasing it, but which were known to the seller or should have been known to him,
- if the item does not have the properties and characteristics that were explicitly or tacitly agreed or prescribed,
- if the seller delivered an item that does not match the sample or model, unless the sample or model was shown only for the purpose of notification.
The suitability of the goods for normal use is assessed in relation to ordinary goods of the same type and taking into account any statements made by the seller about the characteristics of the goods, made by the seller or the manufacturer, in particular through advertising, product presentation or indications on the goods themselves. The consumer may exercise his rights under a material defect if he notifies the seller of the defect within two months from the date on which the defect was discovered. The consumer must describe the defect in more detail in the notification of the defect and allow the seller to inspect the item.

The consumer can notify the seller of the defect in person, of which the seller must issue a receipt, or send it to the store where the item was purchased, or to the seller’s representative with whom he concluded the contract.
The seller is not liable for material defects in the goods that become apparent after two years have passed since the item was delivered. A defect in the goods is deemed to have existed at the time of delivery if it occurs within six months of delivery.
A consumer who has properly notified the seller of the defect has the right to demand from the seller:
- to remedy the defect in the goods or to refund a part of the amount paid in proportion to the defect, or
- to replace the defective goods with new, faultless goods, or
- to refund the amount paid.
In any case, the consumer also has the right to demand from the seller compensation for damages, in particular reimbursement of the costs of materials, spare parts, labor, transfer and transportation of products incurred as a result of fulfilling the obligations referred to in the previous paragraph of this article.
The consumer’s rights referred to in the first paragraph shall expire two years from the date on which he notified the seller of the material defect.
The right to assert material defects is regulated in more detail by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act. Liability for material defects is governed by the provisions of the law governing contractual relations, unless otherwise provided by this law.
12. Withdrawal from the contract:
Withdrawal from the contract/return of goods
When making a distance purchase (online purchase), the consumer has the option to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the purchase or receipt of the product without giving a reason and return the product. To return the product/withdraw from the contract, fill out the withdrawal form. The consumer can send an email to info@krakenplanet.com or call 01 777 03 00 or send any unambiguous statement that clearly indicates that he/she is withdrawing from the contract on the website krakenplanet.com and carbonfinblades.com. In this case, the seller shall immediately send the consumer an email confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal form. The consumer shall be deemed to have submitted the withdrawal statement in time if it is sent within the deadline set for withdrawal from the contract. A copy of the invoice or other relevant document must also be attached.
If the consumer has already received the goods and withdraws from the contract, he shall return them immediately or at the latest within 14 days of the notification of withdrawal from the contract. The consumer shall be deemed to have returned the goods on time if he sends them before the expiry of the 14-day return period.
The consumer shall bear the cost of returning the goods. The consumer may not claim reimbursement of additional costs incurred if he has expressly opted for a type of delivery other than the most affordable standard delivery offered by the seller.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the seller shall refund the purchase price to the consumer within 14 days of receiving the consumer’s declaration of withdrawal. We shall return the payments received to the consumer using the same means of payment as the consumer used. If, in order to obtain a faster refund of the purchase price, you agree to a transfer to your bank account (without additional costs), please indicate this on the form with which you submit your declaration of withdrawal. The seller has the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or until proof is provided that the consumer has sent the product to the seller.
The option of withdrawing from the contract or returning the goods does not apply in the following cases:
- for goods that have been manufactured according to the consumer’s precise instructions or have been adapted to his personal needs
The consumer is liable for any decrease in the value of the goods if the decrease in value is the result of conduct that is not strictly necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
The option to withdraw from the contract is intended to allow you to open the product, inspect it and, if it does not suit you or your expectations were different, withdraw from the purchase.

The company Rottenfeld d.o.o. in accordance with legal norms, does not recognize any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent for resolving a consumer dispute that a consumer could initiate in accordance with the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act.
The company Rottenfeld d.o.o., as a provider of goods and services engaged in online commerce in the Republic of Slovenia, publishes an electronic link to the online consumer dispute resolution platform (SRPS) on its website. The aforementioned regulation arises from the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online consumer dispute resolution and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
